bigsmileyfish Buyer Beware!!! ISRA MIXED UP OUR ORDER with someone else’s which is HER MESS UP then she made it worse by accusing us of THEFT! Me and my girlfriend reached out to poshmark and told them that it wouldn’t be possible for us to return the package at that time as we were moving out of state and didn’t have access to transportation or a printer. Despite our situation, poshmark was unable to help us. Personally I think it’s morally reprehensible to accuse us of theft because SHE messed up!

bigsmileyfish The USPS website says that, by law, “unsolicited merchandise is your to keep” which just makes it more shocking that she would accuse my girlfriend of THEFT due to HER SLIP UP!!!

isra709 @bigsmileyfish — I sent you multiple messages asking if you received the order, apologizing for the mix-up, and requesting for you to redirect the package. You NEVER responded. You didn’t have access to a printer, but did you not have access to your phone or computer either?

isra709 @bigsmileyfish You come on my page, slandering me after you received someone else’s package for free, got refunded by Poshmark for your order, and also the other buyer sent you your original package but you never sent theirs. You got your order and their order ALL FOR FREE. Looks like sellers should BEWARE of you. You got free shit. Keep it moving.

bigsmileyfish @isra709 We contacted poshmark directly rather than contacting you! It’s horrible for you to accuse us of theft because of YOUR INEPTITUDE and your response was completely unprofessional, especially since THE LAW IS ON OUR SIDE!!! You proceeded to SLANDER US because we weren’t able to fox YOUR MESS UP!!! Also, swearing at customers isn’t a good look!
