kelsylikesshoes @israelsarue just open a return it shouldn't be that difficult...? if u accepted the package already and rated the seller or if it's past the 3 day window you can't return...but if it's within the 3 day window and u haven't accepted/rated...what do u need help with,?

israelsarue @kelsylikesshoes i did ask for a return and they wanted pictures i sent them then poshmark responded like 3 days later to send clear pictures of the tags , and my holiday came up i couldn’t use my phone and then the 24 hours passed and i didn’t make it in time to send them the pictures they needed.

kelsylikesshoes @israelsarue unfortunately at this point all you can do is message posmark support, complain and ask for a one time courtesy refund. that's the best you can hope for at this point. I'm sorry but that how it is. in the future I suggest taking clear photos from the get go of everything that is needed to support your case.
