I apologize for the delay on the sunglasses. I don’t know exactly how they got delayed. I was in a different area than I used to live and it looks like they made the parcel go to my former USPS assigned shipping facility. So strange. I am so sorry!

Hello! I just got your rating and I am very sorry about the jacket. I store my items in a smoke free & pet free studio and I do not smoke. In fact I absolutely hate the smell of smoke and I do feel that I would have noticed that. Unfortunately once the jacket left my possession I have no control over what happens. I have read about numerous occasions that the postal workers smoked and the smell affected the merchandise. I am wondering if that is why. I wanted to reach out and apologize.
