klsb Hi, for the Marc Jacobs bag, you will need to contact USPS.com and enter your tracking number and follow their advice. The issue lies with your postal carrier and their mistake in saying your package is undeliverable. If you are unsuccessful after trying to get information from them you can file a claim with Poshmark to see if they can help resolve the problem. I Hope this helps!
