misslaura1969 @ivanjrnoe I’m not sure how something brand new in the box can be rated as not being as described or not being clean- my house had Covid 19- I messaged you to say that I was holding off all shipments until the CDC recommended quarantine period had elapsed. You never responded. The shipping delay was intentional. And the merchandise is brand new in the box. This is truth.

misslaura1969 @ivanjrnoe I’m sorry that my message didn’t get to you- I usually follow up & make sure- but my husband & son were both sick (I’m not sure who was a bigger baby!!) and I had my hands full during that time period-Thank you for taking the time to respond- I would rather take a return for full refund then to have an unhappy customer- I just didn’t understand what could have happened between when I shipped & when you received-
