pepepizzazz hon u ordered your necklace and received it 4 days later. I shipped the very same day u ordered. also, I gave u 3 free extra charms. I wrapped your necklace in a pretty gift bag and gave u a free gift. I KNOW the bag wasn't dirty nor was the necklace. nor was the gift. so would u PLEASE TELL ME why you said in ur feedback that I needed work on shipping speed and cleanliness? I'm really baffled.

pepepizzazz did I even mention the thank you stickers? ya know not everyone invests $$ in pretty organza bags, and pretty mailers and stickers nor do most people put as much effort as I do in making a nice presentation. and did I mention the free extra charms?? I think did. I'm just flabbergasted at your comments. I get 5☆ nearly 100 percent of the time and people rave about the gifts, the packaging, the freebies and the speed of shipping so im wondering if perhaps you left me someone else's feedback.
