Goodness I'm so sorry. I recently updated my Microsoft Office and have had trouble since. When I went to print the shipping label the morning I couldn't even open Office. :( I've spent the rest of the day working on the issue and FINALLY have it setback up -- I hope. I was able to print the shipping label this afternoon, but it is so late that I'm going to have my husband drop it first thing in the morning. It won't be any later as the final pick up has passed for today.
