versaceusa Ivon, I just received the shoes. Before I accept why does one of the shoes have silver permanent marker lines on the toe and exterior sole? Would you please explain. Generally that is a sign of counterfeit? Thank you.

versaceusa I shared the listing with you see the last 4 pics there are 3 silver lines on side of the shoe I purchase from you. I did not see this in your pics only the silver writing on bottom of shoe.

ivona7 @versaceusa I do see the pics you posted, those same marks are visual on my listing and noted on remarks. I want my buyers to be happy with their purchase and as you can see my love notes I have many happy and satisfied customers. I'd be happy to accept them back or offer a partial refund, although I'm not sure if, and how I could do the last on poshmark.

versaceusa @ivona7 Id be happy with a partial refund so I could take it to my local cobbler and have the 3 marker lines removed. Not to be a complainer but I didn't see where you noted that there were 3 permanent marker lines on the front of the shoe and from your earlier comments, you didn't either. But as long as you are sure these are not counterfeit, a $12 credit would be fair to me. Thanks. I think you can do it through Poshmark. Let me know. Thanks for being a good Posher!

ivona7 @versaceusa my ítems are inspected for authenticity before they go on line. I've been selling on poshmark for a while and have never had an item returned for that reason. There might be a way to verify with poshmark. I will reach out to poshmark today for your partial refund if that's how you'd like to proceed.

versaceusa Yes, like I said as long as you know it is real. Sometimes when an item is confiscated customs takes a permanent marker and defaces the product for value . I am not saying that is the case but giving you the benefit of doubt?
