@goopyguts yes I guess when I packed up all my recent orders, I accidentally swapped the labels. This has never happened before and I’m so sorry that it did. I’m working on figuring out how to handle it.

@goopyguts okay so go to your purchases, then click on this order and at the bottom it should say something like “problem with order” click on that and then say “wrong item/item not as described” it’ll prompt you to take photos and leave a description. Just say that “the seller accidentally swapped labels” and then it’ll prompt me to say something
