nycmomster @ivonnejuarez65 hi again, so since posh is not able to return the shoes I don’t have a way of issuing a refund unfortunately. I can instead exchange it for something else for the same amount. If you would like to choose a different pair of shoes and it’s available in your size we can exchange it. ivonnejuarez65 @nycmomster I feel so disappointed because I really thought you wanted to make things right for me. This was the first and last deal for me using the app. Paying that amount of money for a pair of sandals was really out of my way but I did it only because they look so beautiful. I don’t want to keep trying. If that’s the most you can do it’s fine. My american size is 10.5 or sometimes 11 but i got maybe an 8.

nycmomster @ivonnejuarez65 I agree with you 100% but if you return them to posh they will not pay u back and they take 20% commissions as you know. They have already taking it out. Unfortunately I don’t know what to do
