ivy_and_pearls @ashbrooke28 Hi Ashley, unfortunately I cannot get the boots on. I LOVE them, but my foot won't go in. I own 3 other pairs of UGG boots, all in a size 9, both short and tall, and they all fit great....but my foot just won't go in completely. It appears as though the opening of the boot is smaller than the ones I currently own. Sadly. I really need to return these lovely boots to you. Nicole

ashbrooke28 @nikmac4 I'm sorry to hear that! Usually when they are tight once you get your foot in they loosen up... This was my first sale so I'm not sure what the process is but I got an email that poshmark is reviewing it.

ashbrooke28 @nikmac4 I checked the fine print. Honestly you may just have to resell them. It clearly states that you can't return an item bc it doesn't fit :( you can prob sell them for more then you bought them though.

ivy_and_pearls @ashbrooke28 Hi Ashley, I contacted the local UGG store and they feel these boots are not authentic. The interior fur is synthetic, and there is no inner hologram tag. Also, the size tag is incorrect for an authentic product. It should have an interior tag indicating the size, country of manufacture, style #, etc. Your boots do not have the appropriate inner markings. Unfortunately these boots appear to be fake. I have provided this information to Poshmark for review. Thank you, Nicole
