anne1993cc @ivynulton Hello there. I read what you wrote after purchasing the Bare Minerals bag, lipstick, & lip liner & was very sorry that you weren't 100% happy! The items you purchased were indeed brand new. I thought you were aware of the fact that the lip gloss wasn't included because the title of item and description clearly stated lipstick, lip liner, and bag. It says that you have rated the items and I have not yet received payment.

anne1993cc I wanted to ask you, if you had kept the items you purchased or were in the process of returning them? If you were in the process of returning then I would understand why payment wasn't released. Also I pride myself in making sure my buyers are very happy with their purchases! Since I can see you do not feel this way, I would like to offer you something for free that I can ship to you free of cost. It can be more makeup if you'd like? :) or something different! @ivynulton
