@meitjoygov Did you include the full address (including apartment number)? Or was the package heavy/large? Apparently those are possible two reasons that the package would not be delivered.

@ivyjmnlee I checked everything. The address given me from the app it’s what you put. I send a lot of stuff and never had a problem. And it’s not heavy at all. It’s say that you didn’t approve the delivery of the package so they returned it
