hey love! i was just wanted to let ya know i'll be shipping the cookie jar out asap! i went tonpack it up and its a little heavier and bigger than will fit in the packing supplies i have so going to go out and grab extra bubble wrap and a bigger box! want to make sure its wrapped up safe! thanks for your patience 🥰🥰🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪

Hi! received cookie jar, very excited to unwrap. Was packed super well! Carefully started unwrapping jar and didn’t even finish taking off bubble wrap and noticed crack on bottom of jar. Further inspection,it wasn’t just cracks I could fix myself but little guy broke in half. obviously mishandled/dropped/thrown by a careless USPS employee. I’m so very sad was to be a bday gift for my sister, we had one growing up

@jlhassold I don't see why they wouldn't refund you, they should have an answer on that pretty soon. if they don't for some reason and credit the funds to my account I will mail it to you as i definitely don't feel right accepting payment for it. Let's see what their decision is and go from there. <3
