catlovernj Hello Julia. I am sorry your order is delayed. I packed it but I made a mistake with applying the wrong mailing label (something I hoped would never occur). I have the receipt from mailing and doing my best to track it down. I have notified Poshmark of this problem. You may cancel the order. I have already started to track it down. I wish I had another one of those necklaces to replace that one. It was a boutique item, so re-stocking is possible & honoring price. What would you like to do?

catlovernj @julz42 I’m sorry. I thought this was resolved. I contacted Posh support. Then I saw that the necklace had been shipped to you. I assumed that the shipping label must have been sent tho the person who received the item in error (who offered to mail it to me, but I asked her to wait for Posh Support.) If you haven’t received it, by all means, contact them.

catlovernj @julz42 I see that this has been resolved. It must have been lost in transit. I had contacted Poshmark to get the necklace back and routed to you. A day or two later, I saw that it had been shipped and I didn’t imagine it would go wrong a second time....I was so sure that after tracking it down, that it was on its way to you.

I haven’t received my purchases either since 12/13 and I called usps and they were saying all packages are delayed due to covid. julz42 @chillil7977 it says it’s in GA, so hopefully it comes this week! Wow @poshmark should offer other transit services. No complaints to fellow usps workers - they are amazing, but it’s just been ... (do we just insert “2020’d” here?). It’s a mess over there right now.

chillil7977 @julz42 yes! I emailed them about that, but all they did was refund me the purchase I made on dec 13, and it’s still in transit! Yes 2020 unbelievable. I called usps and they guy was like “you didn’t hear the news? We are on one month behind on packages”!
