karinldigi @flipper1965 awesome! Thank you so much! I ho to estate sales and sadly "divorce sales" too. There are a couple this weekend I would like to get too. It's a shame having been through a divorce myself, but bc couple haven't learned to work together, someone always ends up selling expensive things a lot cheaper for attorney fees. I just don't think you should then turn around and sell it here for $1,000...that's not very fair.

karinldigi @flipper1965 since I'm also a Paralegal and do family law I can tell you that anything you think is worth it, do Let it Go or Craigslist. Just make sure you have someone with you if someone wants to see it and act as though they live there also. Conseignment shops are good for vintage or popular jewelry or even here on Poshmark. Garage sale for knock knacks, picture, kitchen wear, holiday decorations, shoes, home stuff..bedspreds, etc.
