terriedwards102 I am so sorry there was a problem with your purchase! I did not disclose damage because I honestly thought that was part of the distressed look. I believe it was like that when I bought and wore the sweatshirt myself, but I understand if you were not aware of it from the pictures, as it is hard to see. I have not had this happen before, so will contact posh support to see how to refund your purchase. So sorry! I want to make it right!

terriedwards102 @n2winit Posh support told me that once the funds are released, after the item was accepted, they can’t refund your $. I still have your address, so I will mail you a check for the purchase amount. Great idea about the fabric. Sorry for the trouble!
