ccbixler I just saw all of your messages last week. My mama passed away. I have been in excruciating pain. I do however apologize that I have cause you any inconvenience. My seller record is excellent and I do try my best to make everyone happy oftentimes sending huge packages filled with gifts which is what I would have done with the hat. I feel horrible and I hope you can understand. I could not get out of bed for a week. I’m heartbroken and devastated beyond belief.
