Thank you so much for noting the carat weight - I misread the listing and must have been looking at the actual weight (thinking these were .5 carat total) I’m thinking they will be too small and was hoping you might be able to cxl the order if not too late? jkez36m @mauimamajes I haven't had a situation like this before. There are rules on returns. Poshmark only get involve if you did not receive what you ordered. This is exactly why I put on my items to ask questions before you purchase.

That said I would still like to return the earrings to you which is why I have not "accepted" the item. In addition to my confusion on the size - I was expecting a bit better clarity per your description. I know you mentioned not having dealt with a situation like this before either so I contacted poshmark for help. I will return as soon as I'm told how to..

jkez36m @mauimamajes I have responded. I have provided pictures of the whole listing not just that first picture which shows and explains the clarity. You did not read the listing before purchasing. You may be asked to provide additional pictures since you have the earrings. You said you thought they were 0.50 CTW when in fact they were 0.35ctw with G clarity. It is all in the listing.

mauimamajes @jkez36m Thank you for responding and I'm sorry again for the trouble. I did mistake the actual weight for the carat weight so I apologize for my confusion there, too. I'm just trying to figure out we can get a return processed and leave it on a good note. I'm not trying to upset or offend you about the clarity - I'm not an expert I was just surprised by the clarity when I saw them based on the description. I can take them to a local jeweler today to confirm that? Thanks again for your help.

jkez36m @mauimamajes You ordered based on the pictures posted. I posted the clarity and carat weight page to Poshmark. I have asked that you take pictures of the actual earrings you received. They were not defective. They are set in 14k gold and the clarity is G. Just as I described. You wanted 0.50 ctw which these were not. You saw the pictures and you still made an offer that is what I do not understand. The earrings I sent are better than the pictures which I described in post.

And yes that was also with my mistake having misread the carat weight - I'm not arguing that I know that part was on my end. We are about to run out and finish up our holiday errands but I will post the photos as soon as I return home per your request. I do sincerely apologize for my confusion on the size and the lack of clarity on the clarity of the diamonds. Thanks again..

jkez36m @mauimamajes I deal with truth and fairness. You did not like the size so now you want to question the clarity. You just did not read but you saw the pictures including the page which states the clarity. I buy from a reputable US company. It is not about the money. This is not my only income just a hobby that I try to do the right thing. The clarity is still G. I am not mad just trying to show you where you went wrong.
