Hi J, I saw that you cancelled the order for the candle holder. Just so you know, it was dropped off at the Post Office the next day. The Post Office has been experiencing delays in shipping and several orders have had issues like this. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it was totally out of my control. Once we drop it off there's nothing else we as sellers can do. Thanks for understanding.

@jag7169 who knows, it might even show up! I had another order delayed for a looong time and Posh resolved the case as "item missing". Lo and behold the item shows up at the buyer's post office several weeks later! I hope they pick it up - would rather the buyer have it than end up some unknown place. So please let me know if it shows up. Poshmark would like to know too. Thanks for getting back with me :-)

@jag7169 We notify Poshmark that the item "was shipped but not tracking", so the assumption was that they would notify the buyer, but I guess that didn't happen. Thanks again for understanding and yes customer service is so important and our reputation as reliable sellers! Have a great day :-)

Good morning! I wanted to let you know your shipment was sent a couple of days ago and just hasn't started tracking yet. I'm not sure if it's my post office or the USPS, in general, but this happens 2-3 times a week to some of my shipments! Good news is they have always arrived safe and sound. :)
