I’m sorry just in case you didn’t know due to the pandemic shipping is not fast Poshmark sent an email out to all the buyers....I always ship all my items with tissue paper bubble wrap (your case I put bubble pillow) and a thank you note and they are nice and clean when they’re shipped out I don’t know what the problem was This is my first non 5 star rating so im lost
