joanzy_calif Hi - I am glad you reached out. I contacted PM to find out why they said the product was prohibited. I see other similar items for sale. The PM generic email said to give them 48 hours. If they do not approve the sale of the item, i will reach out and see if we can arrange it offline. Thank you for your patience.
