I am so glad you like your purchases, thank you for your rating! I see that one of the packages has not tracked as shipped or received. It is the shipping label for the shoes with the bow on the back. Dropped all boxes off at the same. Did I mistakenly put two pair in one box:) USPS won't start a trace for 21 days. I notified PM. I'm truly sorry, I am more than happy to refund; you certainly don't have to wait 21 days. Thank you for your business!!
