nugget2k hi JD! I am beyond sorry! I have not received any correspondence from Poshmark beyond your initial dispute. I have attempted to contact support three times. since I heard nothing I assumed it had been resolved. I did answer you but it was on my comment feed, did you ever see them? then today I saw you were issued a refund, is it because you never received your item?? because it has not been returned to me either.

nugget2k if you did not receive your item and were only issued a refund, to me that is not compensation enough. this happened to me a couple years ago.. I ordered a sweatshirt, received the wrong item, return the item and never received the correct item nor a refund! so I know how you feel and I want you to know I'm giving this my full attention
