I contacted Poshmark to get a hold of you because I could not under the user profile you ordered under. They were not very helpful, so I ended up signing up for tracking updates through the post office. The item finally made it from Illinois to California.

I don’t know why it took so long. I thought maybe the California fires affected the post office’s ability to get it to you. I shipped it on September 25. It says it’s out for delivery to you now. I apologize for it taking so long, but I just don’t even know what happened from the time I dropped it off till now. Nobody at Poshmark or the post office could help.
