faithandhope24 Hello- I just saw the comment you made about the Tony Lama boots you purchased. I don’t see that I have received a message from you but am happy to have you return the boots for a refund. You will need to contact Poshmark to do this. Poshmark will then contact me at which time I will agree to accept the return. I’m sorry they did not work for you; they are a beautiful boot (at a great price) ☹️

jcg1166 Good morning, I am very new to this and I did not mean any ill will by my statement. . I do not know How returns work. I tried to contact Poshmark but I got no reply. I will remain on this site and plan on selling a few things I just wish it was a bit easier to navigate. Thank you for being so understanding. BTW, if you sold me the solid tan Tony Lana’s, I found what I think is your address on line and sent you a letter asking how to return them. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

faithandhope24 @jcg1166 I have not received a message from you so this may be the best way to communicate. Unfortunately the only way to receive a refund is through Poshmark. If you go back to your main page you will a line that says “My Purchases” -merchandise you have purchased. Click on that line and you will find a picture and information about purchases you have made. Click on the boots I sold to you. At the bottom of that page go to “ problems/order inquiry.

faithandhope24 (Continued)...Tap on that and then click “ contact support”. You will need to enter the sales number in the contact information and then explain the situation in the message box. Poshmark will contact me at which time I will approve the return. They will send you a shipping label - you will return the boots to me, I will accept the return and you will then be credited your funds for the boots. Hope that helps. Again I am sorry this has happened. ☹️

faithandhope24 @jcg1166 Ok... how about we wait until the end of the day on Monday. If you have not heard back from Poshmark send me the boots. Once I receive them I will refund your money. You will need to pay for shipping out of your pocket that way though. I will be absorbing the 20% that Poshmark receives. Sound okay to you?

After further consideration, I will also split the 20% that Poshmark will charge you, plus I will pay for the shipping. I think that will be fair for both of us..OK?

Poshmark really is a good concept - I am just sorry that you got caught in such a frustrating situation. As soon as I receive the boots I will send you a cashier’s check. jcg1166 I believe I am confused. Longlegit is the one that sent me the boots that were to small. The boots I bought from you were good. I do not know why your $ is being held up. Maybe they think my complaint is with you, it is not. They will have the information they need tomorrow. They should straighten it out then. You can show them this text if you like.

jcg1166 I just contacted Poshmark and told them that they had referenced to wrong trade number. I gave them the correct one and told them that our transaction is good. I also gave them the correct trade number. I hate the fact that we are unable to actually talk to a real person at Poshmark. This could have been handled with a phone call.
