lllmvideogirl I'm sorry that your Joy&Iman Bag has not been delivered. I contacted PM support last week and received what looked like a generic, generated response. I contacted them again today. The order stopped tracking after the 14th. I hope it did not become lost. Either way you will receive the item or a refund. Laura😊
