rory_borealis1 On January 14, 2019, you sold me a counterfeit J. Crew silk scarf. The scarf was not J. Crew and was not silk. The scarf was clearly labeled NY & C. Order 5c3d5e55134d0cd980c3c832. I am greatly concerned that a Poshmark Ambassador engages in this type of behavior.

wshzgr @rory_borealis1 there is no point for me to sell a $13 fake jcrew scarf, what am I getting out of it? If you think item is not as described, please open case with Poshmark to get your refund.

abbyrose918 I received my coat! I love it, but there is a defect on the zipper. I wish I would have known. It’s in a bad spot:( I’m happy to send photos. It’s missing some stitching along this stretch so it doesn’t lay flat. It bubbles out. Anything you can do?

wshzgr @abbyrose918 sorry to hear that. It is brand new coat. I just tried it on once and did not notice any defect. It has been hanging in my closet since. I am not sure what I can do now, please contact Poshmark support to see what should be done.
