panchodtg33 @maryb99 thank you for offering your help- my question is- I just put something in the mail to someone today and it is not showing up as shipped yet. I am worried that although Poshmark says I can put an envelope in a mailbox that somehow I should not have. It was a small puffy envelope with a small scarf in it.

maryb99 @jmeyersmoffett Hi. Poshmark won’t know you sent it until the post office scans the label. If you dropped it in a regular mail box, did you note the pickup time? Something mailed on a Saturday could stay in the box until Monday morning, unless you mailed it early in the day. Probably no need to be concerned.

maryb99 You can also check the tracking number from the mailing label at usps.com to see if they have picked up and scanned the package. Even if they have, it might take Posh a day or two to catch up with weekend shipments.

maryb99 @jmeyersmoffett If you have a redeemable balance when you make a purchase, that balance will automatically be used to pay for the purchase. If the balance is not enough to cover the purchase, the rest will go on the credit card you have on file.
