Sorry for your disappointment please let me know if I can send you a free brand new gift or something for the trouble. Yes I smoke so it kind of stays even after a wash. But I never send out flaws items I specifically checked before sending. It was $7 for an expensive item forever. And I'm not rich I don't do dry cleaning. So sorry it wasn't immaculate but it's a hand me down.
