trishjay530 @nafia6 ok, well we can not determine what's wrong with the sneakers. We sold these to you almost 3 months ago. We also have sold several pairs to others and we had no complaints. The only advice that I could give you is to take the issue up with Nike. We pride ourselves on selling Authentic merchandise, never counterfeit. And our customers will n can back us on that
