Hi, I sold you the earbuds, I received them as a gift & the box was sealed when I received it. I only opened the box to take photos before posting. The item is genuine & original, it was not swapped out. You also got it for a steal, since Bose is selling them for $199! You should try using the QR code to find out how to use them properly. Don’t appreciate 1 Star when it should have been 10!
