thedeboutique I'm a little confused about the rating. The Lululemon jacket was new with tags. How was it not clean?

jackiecthomas @thedeboutique hello.The top is very nice and it was clean. I didn't mean any offense by the raiting. The jacket had a strange odor I noticed right away. It's nothing a quick wash won't fix.
