emurr1966 Hello , thank you for purchasing TORY BURCH ELEANOR bag from my closet . Bag was shipped Monday July 10 and was supposed to be delivered July 12 . But I don’t now what happened but its been traveling all over USA from California to Oklahoma . And it made it to Seattle WA on July 14 but then it ended up in Oklahoma . I am very sorry for the delays . I am on the phone with USPS now try to see what happened . If I have an update I will let you know . Thank you
