I sent a comment under the Allen Edmonds shoes. My husband returned the shoes because you indicated that you would refund the money. He sent the shoes back with $20 to cover shipping, which he paid when he bought the shoes. I asked if you could mail the shoes back using the money he sent and I would list in my closet if you could not refund the shoes. We have not heard back from you...no refund, no shoes. Plus you rec'd $20. Can you tell me your plans? He had never used PM before. Thx.
