reddishchic @hkgirl1121 Hey Jackie! I have to reach out about the Dog tee you ordered. That shipment will be in the mail shortly. However, the item tracking is the wrong item I mixed up and sent your way by mistake! I sent you a sheet set instead that was supposed to go to another order!!! Aaah!!! Either way, just wanted to let you know your tee is on it’s way but if we can return to sender the other item it would be greatly appreciated!!! SO SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE!!!

reddishchic This is what my email says: Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, Poshmark does not offer additional labels, even if the wrong item is sent. At this time, we have reached out to the buyer in regard to receiving the wrong item. In the meantime, we ask that you also reach out the buyer via the comment section in the listing and ask that they open a formal return request. Thank you!

And Im so sorry to drag you through this all! I haven’t heard that they canceled the order and I still show funds redeemable on my end. Did you still want shirt?

reddishchic @hkgirl1121 it’s fine because I got the email too. I’ve let my other customer know that we were reimbursed but for some reason she was not, nor will she get item returned because you don’t have to return under Poshmark guidelines. So instead I will be sending her two other items. Free.
