jpaultexas Good Morning Jackie - Thank you for purchasing Chico’s Zenergy Pants. I just wanted to let you know that I have had an emergency and had to leave town to attend to my mother that is in the ICU in San Antonio so I have not been home to mail your pants. I am hoping that I will have an ETA as to when I will be going home today. I understand if you would like to cancel your order otherwise the shipment will be delayed. jpaultexas @stockingjc I am so sorry for the mishap and mixing up my shipments... I was hurrying and trying to get these shipped right when I returned home. I have responded to Poshmark so I can get this corrected ASAP. Please let me know if there is anything I can to provide a “make good” Again, my apologies for the delay and now the incorrect shipping. :(

jpaultexas @stockingjc - I can understand your frustration - I’m sorry. I too noticed that there is no tracking on your pants. I have contacted Poshmark & asked if they would refund you the amount paid due to extreme delay and issue with shipping. I do not expect you to return the pants once you receive them. Hopefully your pants are on the way & just not tracking. If you would like to share ur email, I can forward any correspondence. I feel terrible about this situation.

stockingjc @jpaultexas thank you. I, too, contacted Poshmark but have not heard back. My frustration is more with Poshmark than with you. The tracking issue is certainly not your fault and the initial delay was out of your control and you were very good about keeping me in the loop. Hopefully we will hear from Poshmark and they will have been able to track the package. Thank you.

stockingjc @jpaultexas hi! Well I finally received a reply from Poshmark after contacting them 4 times. They emailed that they would refund my credit card and also issue funds to you. Their rationale is that it is unlikely the seller who got the wrong item will ship the pants to me. I hope that person enjoys the shorts I sent to her on your behalf... Anyway, I am glad this worked for both you and me. Thank you for being such a great communicator. I wish you much success.
