sebastopol Please go back and read the listing ...I clearly stated that clasp to open and close bag needed a pin to repair it , that is why the bag was so greatly reduced .No I will not pay for any repair!!!

millerlawfirm @sebastopol I took the bag to a very reputable shoe store. They informed me that the entire clasp needs to be repaired not just a pin. They told me to buy new hardware(the clasp) and being it back to them to repair. Do you know where I can purchase the clasp? I have already googled to find it but to no avail.

supremeposher It seems like u don’t understand how to use this app, and I can see in your short time on Poshmark that u r already giving multiple people problems. The bag you bought was tracked by USPS to your address n marked as DELIVERED. there’s nothing I can do as the seller. It’s quite easy to get in touch with Poshmark - you just go to the item n click Problems/Issues. Giving a seller 1-star rating while complaining essentially about a USPS problem is just annoying n reflects poorly on u
