Hi Jackie, You purchased my Mudd shoes. I inspect everything very carefully before shipping. I noticed that a strap is coming loose. I apologize I did not notice when I was listing. You should be able to cancel your order. I am very sorry for the inconvenience but would not feel good about sending them out. If you still want the shoes and thing that you could stitch, I can still send and you can choose an item from my closet for $10 or under and I will add to this order for free.
