fashionexcess The black wedge sandals you ordered from me, we're in barely worn, excellent condition. The soles were almost perfect the instep was unworn looking. They were clean. How could you rate them a 2star??? 😔 and you state "they could have been in better condition." Please help me understand. I'm just so upset, because I strive for excellence in my closet. I have a continuous 5star rating with happy, repeat shoppers. Please reconsider the harsh rating. Thank you.
