jkorinne @melissakings715 it’s very real you could have asked me this before leaving me such a terrible review. You need special tools to open it you can’t just pop it open it’s suggested to take it to a jeweler or watch place you can even YouTube it if you would like to do it yourself. But you need tools to open it.

jkorinne @peachesxx2 @peachesxx2 I’m honestly not sure because I’ve never taken it anywhere to try and get it repaired, it’s 100% comes with original passport, front of the bag is pictured with minor wear

jkorinne @peachesxx2 yes but unfortunately I won’t get to the bag until later this evening, if you want to you can zoom in on the photos to get a better view. Straps are in good condition but when I have a chance I’ll post more.
