sjnbross Hello, you purchased my pearl necklace. It is not broken, it is a safety clasp. You are not doing it right. Take the open end sides and squeeze that together then slide it into the rectangle piece. It will be flush when it is in correctly. It is not broken.

sjnbross @jackiemvu if it is broken, my dear you did it. Actually the necklace has never been worn. I purchased it on a trip through the Bahama’s several years ago. I sure hope it is not broke because it was not when it was shipped.

jackiemvu @sjnbross I have bought a lot of stuff on this site and never had a problem. First you said this was fresh water and they are NOT and then the clasp was broken and never latch! I do not need to lie! It’s you that are not trust worthy! On top of it all there are grey threads on some parts that looks like you tried to repaired and a metal piece to clamp a pearl in. I will take to a jeweler and they will confirm it is not fresh water. I will report this to Poshmark!
