brcamp Hi, poshmark customer support said that you must reach out to them about locating your package or being refunded. That is how this works. I have a screenshot of my email from them if you’d like to see it.

jackielipson @brcamp Hi, yea I received their email and will be following up to receive that refund. I did follow the tracking it was nowhere to be found unfortunately. I’m not sure what happened. Thank you for reaching out :)
