vtg_bohemian Hello Beautiful! I just saw your rating & I aim for all my Customers to be happy with their purchase. You marked areas of improvement which I was a little confused about so I wanted to find out why you mark certain things. It said shipping time? ( I shipped your item out Same Day) It also said seller responsiveness ( when I messaged you immediately after your purchase under the listing Thanking you for your purchase & letting you know I was shipping your item out same day)

vtg_bohemian Cont.. It also said item description and packaging. Which in description I List item description to the best of my ability along with Bright photos do buyers can see item plus items measurements.. I take a lot of pride in my Sales so I just was confused on why you weren’t happy with all these areas. I shipped your item out same day so how ever long usps takes to deliver really isn’t my fault. What can I do better I would Love your feedback?

vtg_bohemian I take a lot of Pride in each package I ship out to each customer. I double bagged your item in poly bags so it was protected but, item packaging was marked for improvement? I added a Posh Card thanking you for your purchase & letting you know that I hope you loved your New item. So I felt my communication was on point. I’m not angry at all so please don’t take it that way. I just want to know so I don’t make a mistake again. I would love your feeedback sweetie. 😉
