Hi! I'm Jackie. As a real estate agent by day and posher by day and night, I am always looking for great deals to pass onto customers. We have a warehouse and shippers that come into ship out each day. They also list our items. Since I work remotely, once items are listed they are packaged individually and bar coded and await purchase. Our shippers don’t have the ability to answer individual questions from the warehouse so sizing or photo questions are a challenge to us. We recommend you visit the brand’s size chart for more information re fit or measurements. Our shippers have a dedicated shipping room to handle each item and they QC everything before it goes out. rudiness2 @gannet01 nope they do not respond and from reading othe comments above they typically mix up the orders in terms of sizes. I never heard back and i just decided they are not worth my money. It’s just downright rude to ignore buyers.

jkt1234 Very disappointed with my experience with this seller. Bought a madewell camera purse in the large size. I received was the the medium size and it had scratches on it which was also not disclosed. Sent pictures to prove this was a mistake. My return exchange request was declined because I took pictures of the tags that were removed from the bag. Regardless it was falsely listed. I will never by from this seller again. I didn’t even get a sorry for the inconvenience.
