iloveditfirst Hi Jackie I initiated a customer service inquiry with Posh. Please send a pic. I wished you had contacted me or Poshmark before leaving a damaging 1star rating. I have sold 300 items and never had a problem. It’s not fair for you to pay for something that arrived broken.

iloveditfirst Hi Jackie. This is my third request for the information to provide you a refund for the item damaged in shipping. The cup was wrapped in tissue paper then bubble wrap and surrounded by air bags. I must have a pic of the broken item to refund you. You should not pay for an item damaged in shipping and I want to refund you.

iloveditfirst I was asked by Poshmark to request you contact them regarding your item being damaged in shipping. This is the 4th and final time I’ll contact you. I have offered a refund and Poshmark also wants to assist you. It doesn’t make sense that you don’t want a refund.

jackie_sweat1 @lcorazza I did contact Poshmark. When they sent the email asking if I accept the order I said no and that it was broken. That was also the email that asked for a rating. It seems to me that if I am not supposed to answer it to report a problem, they.shouldn't send this out. I got an generated response that said they try to respond within 24 hours. I enclosed a picture, too. There was no air packing in the box.

iloveditfirst @jackie_sweat1 at this point work with Poshmark. I offered a refund but the 1 star rating is damaging as you know. In the future please don’t penalize the seller if something was damaged in shipping. It’s not the sellers fault.
