@aracelids Thank you for contacting me. I have been enjoying Poshmark very much. Question, what do you do if a seller lists and item as “Authentic” but once received you find that it is not? I have not encountered this problem as of yet, but because I do intend to purchase more items in the future I would like to know the procedures.

@aldent89 hello again I wanted to let you know I was purchasing this bag for a friend who had been searching for it. I just showed her how to set up her own account so she would be able to purchase directly. Would you be able to do a the sale with her for the counter offer price since she is the one that I was originally shopping for. If it is too confusing I will just purchase it and she can reimburse me.

@aldent89 hello again, my friend tried to purchase your item but it would not go through. It’s strange because I set up her new account and she made her first purchase with another seller just before your offer came through. I think because of the initial contact from me Posh is confused as to who is actually purchasing. I will wait until tomorrow to receive funds from her and hopefully I can make the purchase for her myself. So sorry for all the confusion.

However, if this should ever happen, you certainly have recourse. Upon receiving all purchases, throughly inspect. You have up to 3 days from the time you actually receive your purchases to report any issues to Poshmark. If an issue does arise, you
