v_land Hi Jackie I don’t know what’s taking so long for the Kate Spade bag to come through it is definitely a mistake on the post office end because It was mailed sometime ago I hope everything is OK just checking in with you. I hope you get your bag soon. I am going to contact the post office if nothing happens soon it does say manual tracking this is a post office error and I’m really sorry that you have to wait🙏🦋,
