etcemporium I'm sooo very sorry to hear about your ring breaking. I've haven't had this issue before but would like to contact my wholesaler concerning this so it doesn't happen again as well as i would like to rectify this with you. I sent an email to Posh asking how I can get a picture from you of the broken ring since i am unable to leave an email on here, it won't allow me to do that. I will let you know what the response is. Again I'm sorry about your ring breaking.

etcemporium Jacklyn, down below is the message i got back from Posh. I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do to make this up to you. I have an identical ring that I can send you in hopes that maybe the one you got was a fluke or I don't mind refunding you for the ring (If i have a picture of the ring the wholesaler will likely refund me too since their jewelry was faulty) but I don't know how to do that either. Please let me know if there is something I can do on my end.

jacklyneasley @etcemporium I appreciate your efforts and concern so very much. If you would like I can give you my email address so that I can send you photos of the ring. If the wholesaler will agree to refund you then I would be happy to receive a replacement for it! I know this sort of thing happens and is not by any of your doing, so anything that I can do in turn or your assistance i am willing :)
