Meet your Posher, Jackson

Hi! I'm JP. I’m currently in the process of overhauling my wardrobe. With more and more work returning to in person I have come to appreciate finer brands both for their craftsmanship and style. My favorite stuff right now is Brunello Cucinelli but other brands I like are Isaia, Loro Piana and Missoni (I’m half Italian in case you couldn’t tell). I also look forward to learning more from the community here. Historically, I have been far from a “man of fashion” preferring casual/outdoorsy clothes (think Arc’teryx, Ortovox, icebreaker). Both taste and necessity (I run an investment firm) have since inspired me to up my game in a stylistic sense; looking to try a lot of stuff across a wide range of designers. If anyone has any suggestions I’m always interested to hear. For reference/ some sizing info- Height: 6’2” (close to 6’3”) Weight: 185lbs Build: Athletic (former D1 athlete), long + big legs/quads (currently part time cyclist), relatively broad shoulders but lanky/skinny arms. Pants: 32-34 US depending on brand, 50 and 52 IT also brand dependent. Often times my fit issue is the waist will be fine/too big even but too tight in legs due to quads Jacket: 40L, 42, 42L have all fit depending on brand (and I’ve had some tailored); 50/52 IT depending on designer and cut. Dress shirt: 16/16.5 Shirts/pants/jackets: L Wow, this turned into quite the rambling monologue, to conclude… I look forward to joining the community talk to you guys soon!
